Desirée has been practicing yoga regularly since 2010, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-200) and continuing education provider (YACEP). She completed RYT-200 training through Namaskar Yoga in Saskatoon, Canada and has extensive background in adult education and facilitation. After teaching private and group sessions in Panama City, Panama for 5 years, Desirée is now based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Regardless of where one finds themselves in life, yoga has benefits.  Yogic bliss may be a tiny moment of fleeting peace during a hectic day or a challenging class that leaves you focusing on nothing but your breath.  It does not matter how you find your happiness, but with an open mind, yoga can be your guide.  At minimum it is great for your health!  The possibilities after that are endless.

Desirée has a passion for teaching and brings an opportunity to participate in inclusive yoga practice to both new and experienced yogis! Yoga for every mind, every heart, every body.
