Yvonne Watkis is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500 - YCEP) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Yvonne is a Reiki Master Teacher (RMT) and has a degree in Massage and Body Work and holds the title of LMT / LMT Instructor.

Yvonne is a motivated Yoga Instructor with advanced training in preventative yoga with alignment principles. She enjoys inspiring others to improve their wellness and is commitment to long-term health and fitness .
Yvonne keeps spreading her wings, due to her interest and devotion to educate people in the Art of Yoga and Body Alignment.
Yvonne is available to teach either a private class, a specialty class or just a fun class for all. A birthday party could be an hour yoga with a chair massage afterwards. Classes can be offered at various studios or even your Home/Yard. References and price upon request.
