E-RYT® 500, YACEP®. Cyndi has the experience of using yoga, meditation, pranayama, spirituality and nutrition to save her life in 2009. At the time she was obese, facing addiction, diabetes and liver failure. She used these methods to get back to wellness, lose weight, remedy addiction and unresolved trauma. Her practices are instrumental to manage a chronic active illness and chronic pain, navigate through motherhood and for mood management. She’s devoted her recovery to learn about how/why these techniques saved her life and influence the nervous system and stress response. Her studies and continued practice prepared her for a second near-death experience in 2017 when she survived a cytokine storm and debilitating mold exposure.
Cyndi has thousands of hours of experience teaching custom, one-on-one sessions to clients with a myriad of conditions, which she is currently offering online via Zoom sessions. She’s the author of Amazon best-selling books, "Yoga For Low Back and Hip Health" and "Yoga For a Peaceful Pregnancy," and is currently in training to become a C-IAYT. Cyndi is passionate about healthy living, being a mindful mom, teaching, motivational speaking, baking, writing and sharing the knowledge and lived experience gained on her journey back to health.
