I started teaching in 2006- since then I have my studio "InnerSmile" located in Germany. My style is not the acrobatic one...but the mind calming one. The goal of my yoga classes is to gan back structure and focus in a calm mind. The flexible and strong body and the light mind is the positive side effect.
Me myself I am practising yoga since 1988.
I am teaching classes in Hatha Yoga, Ayur Yoga, Kids Yoga und Pre-&Postnatal Yoga.
This year I started teaching a 200h Yoga Teacher Training .
As a Heilpraktiker für Psychotherpie I offer diferent types of therpy besides the yoga classes.
Since 2019 traumarelease yoga is my focus in teaching and in YACEP.
Currently I m in the Somatic Experiencing training..
