Rebecca knew after her first yoga class that yoga would be a life-changing and welcome commitment. After that initial class, she knew she must learn much more about yoga which started her on her journey to teaching. She began by committing to a daily personal practice and then after three years decided to get her formal training to satisfy her quest for yoga knowledge with no intention of teaching. After completing her initial teacher training she started to teach her friends and realized she loved to teach. Today, Rebecca continues on her path to learn as much as she can, teach as much as she can, and augment her initial training through daily practice and continued training in yoga, philosophy, pranayama, and most recently, chanting. Rebecca has been teaching yoga for 18 years and continues to share her passion for yoga with all.
