Nye teaches gentle forms of classical, restorative, yin and children's yoga. She works with a local non-profit to bring yoga/ meditation and mindfulness to under-served and at risk youth in the community. Nye also works at the local VA hospital teaching classes for vets with chronic pain and PTSD. She has developed a style of yoga specifically geared toward people with chronic illness and autoimmune disorders.
