Nancy Goodfellow is an internationally recognized Yoga teacher with 30 years of practice of many diverse methods and traditions, and over 20 years of teaching experience. She infuses skillfulness & grace into her offerings with compassion, confidence and joy. 

Nancy’s unique teaching style contains a myriad of elements including Tantric techniques & embodiment practices made relevant through intelligent alignment and soulful expressions  for anyone wanting to enhance their capacities, well-being and joy. She truly believes in the empowerment of all beings through authentic expression, skillful techniques, and awareness.

She currently resides in Costa Rica as the Yoga director of Pranamar YOGA.  She offers yoga classes & privates, workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats. She also travels around the world sharing her gifts and building community wherever she goes.
