Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hour Level is a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga journey toward wholeness by yoking mind, body and breath. The seven weekend format includes meditation, pranayama, asana, asana sequencing, yoga history, yoga philosophy, energy and physical anatomy, ayurveda, and mindful outdoors.
