Lisa Thuro is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She did her first trainings at Thrive Yoga in Rockville, Maryland with ISHTA Yoga founder Adam Finger and team and Thrive Yoga founder Susan Bowen.

Lisa teaches the Christina Phipps Foundation Yoga for cancer patients and their caregivers at Mayo Clinic in Florida. She recently started teaching to the staff there through the local YMCA.

When the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions hit, Lisa decided to move her classes to an outdoor location. Currently all classes are donation based. Please contact for details.
