Liat Philipson has been studying and practicing Yoga for over22 years. She has completed her first Yoga teacher training in 2007 in NY and been teaching Yoga since then in her studio in Israel till 2014, and in the US since 2015. Liat is also a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher (Junior 1 level) a registered Yoga Therapist and a registered SUP Yoga instructor. Liat teaches group classes, prenatal, offers private sessions, online classes and also conduct many workshops and retreats for women in Israel and the US focused on Yoga and Spirituality on and off the mat. Liat is a Reiki master and teaches Yoga, meditation and offers Women's Retreat and online courses to expand your awareness.
