Charlotte first started her love for yoga when she began her dressage training approximately 20 years ago. She realized starting to ride a horse had its challenges for an older adult who sat at a desk all day. To improve her connection with her horse she took lunch hour yoga classes and noticed significant positive changes with her relationship with her horse. 

Charlotte Pragnell, B.A (psychology) is a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®) with her additional 300 hours completed in advanced therapeutic benefits of yoga. With this  Continuing Education Provider designation with the Yoga Alliance (YACEP) a yoga teacher who takes training with Charlotte may submit these hours for eligible contact hours for on going educational requirements with the Yoga Alliance.

Her professional background in social service, rehabilitation, coaching, combined with her 8 years of teaching yoga has given her the expertise to provide individualized yoga trainings that provide therapeutic elements for improving health and well being. Her main practice includes Hatha Flow, YIN, Restorative, and Core conditioning.
