Catherine Lesage is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).  She is also a teacher, a physical education specialist, a children/teen yoga specialist,  with a vast teaching experience as well as many interesting stories with children of many different milieus (french, english, native). She is also a former lawyer and ethics officer.  She has designed a unique holistic movement model for children and adults through yoga, using play, creativity and cooperation to inspire and engage children, families, communities.  She is also the author of the Little SuperYogis ™, a series of interactive resources co-created with children.
