”  I started Massage Therapy training in 2009 and finished in 2010. After a little bit more travel and personal growth I landed back in my hometown of St. Louis where I continue to build the majority of my student and client base. I finished my first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training  in March of 2012 through WE Yoga in St. Louis, MO, and a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training in March of 2017 through Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India. Continued training in studios and online keep me current to Yoga Alliance standards and filled with new ideas for sequencing. While I still keep my Massage Therapy Certification valid, I choose to stay focused on Yoga and other business pursuits.

The process of Yoga showed me how to be more aware of my body and mind. The lessons learned on my mat are profound and worthy of being shared. Whether through a dynamic flow or a still, gentle practice, I’ll always come back to that sense of oneness and understanding that is so easily lost in the business of my daily life.”
