Caroline Gebhardt is a body-based psychotherapist, Chi for Two® Coach and registered yoga teacher. She offers psychotherapy and mindful movement coaching to adults, teens, couples and families at Harbor of Dreams Art, an expressive arts counseling practice, in Atlanta, GA. While specializing in disordered eating and maternal mental health, she draws upon a blend of somatic and cognitive techniques from an attachment-, trauma- and polyvagal-informed framework.

Caroline is a Nationally Certified Counselor, completed her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Georgia State University and her internship at the Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders. She has presented at both the Southeastern Eating Disorders conference (August ’17) and the International Association for Eating Disorders Professionals symposium (March ’18) as well as two LPCAGA continuing education workshops teaching body-based techniques informed by nervous system science and developmental movement.

Caroline is on the advisory council for Atlanta’s Eating Disorders Information Network, practices from a Healthy at Every Size® approach, and has training in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International. She participates in ongoing supervision with Janet Fluker, LPC and direction with Dee Wagner, LPC, BC-DMT.

As a movement educator for 20+ years and a mother of three, Caroline created M-Bodied®, a Chi for Two® influenced body-based practice to help deeply nourish and mother oneself. Caroline also offers mindful movement education and coaching as a yoga teacher and Chi for Two® Coach blending yoga practices, body-based writing, somatic psychology, developmental movement patterns and nervous system science with a trauma-informed approach for healthy mind-body-spirit integration and embodiment.
