Carol Mason, E-RYT, began her practice and study of yoga and Pilates in 2000. What was originally a means of getting fit turned into a deep appreciation for yoga’s subtle magic on grounding spiritual principles into physical practice. Carol completed her 200 hour teaching certificate at Movement Arts in 2012. She continues to deepen her practice through philosophical study and workshops. Balancing the meditative and deeper aspects of Yin with the more energizing aspects of Vinyasa Flow and Pilates, She is committed to physical alignment, mindfulness on and off the mat, connection to the breath and living with joy.
