After becoming a 200 hour trained Yoga Teacher in 2008, Heather began studying with YogaRupa Rod Stryker.
In the wise words of Swami Rama, "Yoga is skillfulness in action." This is what I strive to achieve in my life, peppered with a good dose of self-acceptance and practice. Heather has a passion for encouraging skilful action in others and seeing just how far they can go. As one client said, "Heather sees who you are and who you could be before you do. Every lesson is a new journey!" Suzanne S. Heather blends together her own curiosity to continually gain deeper experience, her love of reaching new heights and her skills as a kinesiologist and teacher to share her understanding of Yoga. Coupling her knowledge and intuition, Heather is a skilled teacher and coach.
Heather holds a Master in Kinesiology, a teacher's license, Four Desires Trainer certification and ParaYoga Level 1 certification. Heather is a published author and continues to produce blog posts and podcasts.
