I teach private yoga classes, either in your home or in my home studio. My teaching blends both customized yoga instruction with life coaching for an overall wellness and stress reduction focus. I work mainly with women dealing with transitions or stress (parenting, menopause, etc.). My goal is to create a personalized practice that helps reduce stress, increase creativity and joy, while also setting my clients up for a healthy life overall.
