Cara Bradley is a passionate teacher with over 30 years of sports, fitness and yoga experience. She founded Verge Yoga in 2004 in order to share her dedication to the disciplines of yoga and meditation, her enthusiasm for fitness and sport and her personal pursuit to live in the present moment.
As the Director of Verge Athlete, Cara trains athletes and teams from club to professional. She trains the 2009 NCAA FSC National Champion Villanova Football team and the 2009 NCAA Final Four Villanova Basketball team. She is a national presenter to the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) of which she is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). A teacher to teachers, Cara directs the 200-hour Verge Yoga Teacher Training Program.
Prior to teaching yoga, Cara was a member of Team Rollerblade™ with whom she performed around the globe promoting the sport of in-line skating. She wrote and starred in an instructional video called SkateFit™ and wrote a book entitled In-Line Skate New England.
Cara graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Stern School of Business at New York University. She lives with her husband Brian and daughters in Wayne, PA.
