About Me!
I practice and teach Hatha yoga with the overall goal of helping to manage daily stress and to increase body awareness.
My classes focus on breathing as a way to tune in to the present moment and observe what happens as we move from pose to pose.
I try to make my classes accessible to anyone that wants to join regardless of age or level of physical fitness. I especially enjoy teaching kids' yoga classes!
