Donna Phillips is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Donna completed E-RYT500 in 2008, specializing in YT and the creativity of working with diverified individuals with an Iyengar influence. She owns & operates Stillwaters Wellbeing Retreat in North Carolina. Donna has degrees in Exercise Physiology & Business, she is one of six TRE Trainers (Tension/Trauma Release Exercise) in the United States, holds certifications as a comprehensive pilates teacher and CoreAlign teacher. Donna hold workshops & teacher training throughout the US, specializing in the Integration of YT, Learning to Manage & Navigate Stress and TRE certification trainings. She, along with her close friend & business partner Mona Flynn, will be opening the School of Integrated YT in 2015, offering yoga certifications in YT, Prenatal Yoga, Childrens Yoga, TRE L1 & TRE L2, this 1000 hour teacher training is unique, well-organized & planned for those who take their yoga practice, education & business serious.
