I've been teaching since 1999, practicing a lot longer. Now registered as a Senior/Experienced Teacher, I have my own studio, Goldendoor in London, where I offer down-to-earth but thorough instruction with a good dose of humour for anyone with an interest in taking their yoga practice to the next level. My background is Alignment-based Dynamic Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative and Mindfulness Meditation and my teachings reflects this diversity. I also like to throw in a few tunes to add some atmospheric ambience.
