My name is DeeDee and I have an innate love for being open and spacious for people. My teaching style is deeply meditative and centered in breath and body awareness. I teach meditative flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. If you come to my classes or workshops you are bound to experience a mix of these beautiful practices with a foundation of self-care, self-love and non-judgmental presence.

I am also Usui Reiki Master and Gendai Reiki Shihan (Master) in the Japanese practice of Reiki. My passion is to aid others in finding a path of peace through Yoga, Meditation & Energy Healing.
