I teach well-rounded, highly intelligent and thoughtful classes designed both to move the body and breath and to introduce the practice of sitting, thus incorporating asana (movement), pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation) throughout each class.

Any foundation is important, therefore I start here, whether with beginners in Level 1 classes or with my trainees in continuing education (CE) or other teacher training programs.

I live in Washington, D.C. and have been a yoga practitioner for 20 years, a teacher for 13 years and a teacher trainer for 3 years. I have an online studio - Move. Breathe. Be. - which includes a multi-disciplinary approach to self-care and well-being, heavily based in yoga.
