I dedicate my life to supporting my students and clients as they learn to uncover their unique capacity to soften the sharp edges of life’s difficulties and discover their unique mental, emotional, and physical capacities. They find more of their unique and essential ease, vitality, and sense of clarity as they meet the challenges and accept the joys of a full life. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT500) with Yoga Alliance having spent hundreds of hours of training with teacher trainers in the traditions of Iyengar, Anusara, and Kripalu Yoga. My style of teaching now is integrative and tailored to each of my students in the most relevant way I can offer. I am also a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor certified by UMass Medical School's Center for Mindfulness. I teach those trainings eight times a year.
