Amanda Rodriguez Hendler specializes in Raja Hatha Yoga for stress management and body, mind, spirit wellness. Her style is calm, clear and informed. She studied with Yandara Yoga Institute in Todo Santos for her first 200 hour training- focusing on alignment and proper sequencing. She completed her advanced 300 hour training at the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas California following the Kriya lineage of Yogananda with special instruction from Tom Kelly former SRF monk, Brian Dorfman former student of Desikachar, Guru Meher Kalasa for Kundalini Yoga, Rodger Cole with Iyengar Yoga as well as Larry Pane of Loyola Marymount University. She has also studied under James Fox of the Prison Yoga Project, Warriors at Ease, Yoga Anatomy with Leslie Kaminof, Chair Yoga with Sherry Zac Morris, and Ashtanga Yoga with Tim Miller. She is a student of Barbara Martin and Dimitri Moratis of the Spritual Arts Institute and contiunues to work with the light.
