I trained with Simon Low at the Yoga Academy in 2010 and am passionate about helping people to maintain a comfortable level of movement throughout their lives.  I teach in the UK offering general Hatha Yoga classes as well and specialist classes for those living with Cancer and for those with Long Covid.  I am a member of the British Wheel of Yoga, serving on my regional committee.  I teach a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course One and am a member of the teacher training faculty at The Yoga Academy.
