Hello Fellow Yogi's! My yoga teaching style is heavily rooted in alignment-based asana and I encourage the use of props, when necessary. I hope to provide my students with a safe space to slow down, breathe deeply, and think about yoga as more than just a workout. My approach is to teach individual bodies as they are in the moment, in their perfect nature; rather than the collective, forcing each student to look the same. I see each body as something unique and strive to provide a positive experience where each student is able to realize their highest self. I have a passion for teaching and learning, and enjoy helping my students to figure out how to connect with their bodies.
I am convinced that walking into a yoga studio is no coincidence, as those who seek something deeper will find it. I am so grateful to share, with my students, what I have learned (and continue to learn), from my amazing teachers, Mary Kay West, Annie Carpenter, Tiffany Russo, LeslieKaminoff, Dr. John Casey, Trudy Goodman, and Desi Bartlett. I feel fortunate to have found my path and hope each student can find the same peace or be inspired to take the journey to seek it out.
