Vanessa Rudge is the lead trainer at Being Yoga with 25 plus years of teaching experience. She has a love of asana and a joy in flowing yoga as a moving meditation.
She has practiced many styles including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Prana Flow, Anusara, Restorative and Yin. Her most favourite is Vinyasa Flow (done slower with more feeling). She learnt TM Meditation at high school in the 80's and has completed 6 Vipassana 10 day retreats. She is an avid student with a curiosity for life.
After years of taking herself too seriously she often brings humour and lightness to any setting…It’s just a yoga pose after all. It’s a delicate balance of finding both lightness and depth.

Vanessa Rudge is an E-RYT500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with a minimum of 500 hours of yoga training)
