Ulrica Norberg is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Ulrica has been trained by renewed masters of yoga, spirituality, meditation, academics and health since the early nineties.
Yoga For Life is a training that fuses yoga, meditation, ayurveda, personal growth in a unique blend. It is a training that focus more on bringing yoga into ones living and living into yoga. Styles of yoga and meditation that is being taught are Zenbuddist meditation, ISHTA yoga, Anusara yoga, Vinyasa, classical Hathayoga, Restorativeyoga, Yoga Nidra, Yinyoga, Pranayama. This training also offers a generous part of the training in Mental training, Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics and Neurophysiology from the trainers who are academically trained in their fields (Cert. Physiotherapist, RYN, Psychotherapist). The trainers all have over 20 years experience from the yoga practice and wellbeing trainings and has trained hundreds of yoga teachers.
