Susan is the Owner and manager of 8 Limb and the lead facilitator for Teacher Training.  8 Limb Yoga Studio (and now Unity Yoga Ayurveda) opened in Mackay Queensland on the 13th July 2013.

She is teaching yoga and facilitating 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training for almost 10 years now. Susan is also an Ayurvedic Practitioner undertaking a 3 year advanced diploma through Dr Ajit in 2018 who is the leading Ayurvedic doctor in Australasia. 

Since Susan is also  a Transformational Mentor she brings out the best in people by honoring the greatness in everyone. She is driven by the personal purpose of transforming people to be the best version of themselves and bringing them to their fullest potential.

It’s more of helping people to have more energy and help them know how to live the life they are meant to be. Assisting people to find their purpose by quietening the mind, and improving the health of the body so they have self-trust through yoga and Ayurveda.

Students have shared that her classes were strong enough to be one of the highlights of their life enabling them to transform into better versions of themselves. Unique about her is that the strong passion in her heart to create positive change is carried out with such a peaceful and calming presence.
