Balazs Heller is a former Gymnastics Champion of Hungary (1996-2001) , European Yoga Asana Champion (2009), founding director of FitYoga Teacher Training program. Balazs is a certified yoga teacher (E-RYT 200), personal trainer (ISSA), massage therapist, Reiki Master, life coach, NLP practitioner and vegan nutrition adviser.
Balazs has developed his FitYoga program to create a dynamic fusion of traditional Hatha Yoga, modern Vinyasa flow, core strengthening Pilates & Fitness movements. FitYoga is a complete 90-minute mind-body-spirit sequence ideal for students looking for a nice workout with the benefits of Yoga.
Balazs lives in Malta but he has FitYoga Teacher Training programs, retreats, workshops all around the world especially in Costa Rica, New-Zealand and in several countries in Europe.
What makes the FitYoga Teacher Training program unique is that he integrates yoga with spiritual life coaching, Reiki, energy healing and whole-food plant-based nutrition, Ayurveda, Pilates & Fitness elements.
