Steve Knish is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). As a registered psychologist Dr. Knish teaches Mindfulness Based Yoga with a focus on enhancing mental health and wellbeing and offers four yoga programs through Counselling and Clinical Services at the Univeristy of Alberta.
