My journey started in Germany in 1997 when I entered a Yoga class without speaking fluently German. I discovered Yoga guided by the heart. My teacher introduced me also to the principles of Ayurveda: " Know your nature to adjust lifestyle and diet with the seasons".

In 2004, shortly after moving to the United States, I decided to become a Yoga teacher. I am registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level. Yoga emphasizes connection to the Divine and Ayurveda connection with Mother Earth. Living daily with both sciences optimized my well being and brought me joy and contentment.

The deeper my Yoga practice went the more I wanted to add Ayurveda in my teaching. I turned toward Vedic holistic health to combine Ayurveda and Yoga. I learned to tune Yoga according to my students needs. I received my certification as Vedic Wellness Consultant from Laura Plumb at the Deep Yoga School, in San Diego.

In addition to Vedic holistic health I am a Laughter Yoga Leader and Grief Yoga™ Teacher. Health is physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. These two last training gave me tools to offer a unique workshop "Yoga For Emotional Liberation"

I continues my education in Vedic holistic health through the American Institute of Vedic Studies under the guidance of Dr. Frawley (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri).
