Sarah Hogan has been teaching since 2009, and is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT 200 & RYT 500. She completed her 200+ hours with Yoga fit, an active RYS. She received an additional 100 hour Trauma Sensitive certificate in 2014. She is also Core Strength Vinyasa trained, and Baptiste trained in hands on adjustments. Sarah co-owned Haven yoga studio in Colorado Springs from 2016-2019, offering trauma-informed classes and workshops with YACEP, and giving small group private instruction. She took advantage of the Covid limitations to complete a 500 hour training with Jason Crandell Yoga Method. Currently, she offers trauma-informed classes and education at a local studio, a women's shelter, from her home studio and at a local high school. She is trained in neurogenic tremoring, and in restorative yoga. With a calm presence and creative attention, Sarah brings expertise, experience and centering to her trauma-informed classes.
