I have been practising Yoga since I was a teenager and have taught full time since 2006 and am currently living and teaching in Winchester, UK. My hope is to guide people to cultivate more awareness and calm. To guide people to enjoy their creativity and ignite a spark for living life with a clear purpose, wonder and poetry.
I practice Yoga when life is joyful, tedious or busy. When anxiety looms and when crisis hits.
Yoga highlights the good and calms the hard.
I want to pass all I have learnt from Yoga on to you to help you build more Resilience and Grace into your present and future life.
As someone who has struggled with challenges in childhood, mothering, marriage and adapting to life in 5 countries, I strive to demonstrate grit, adaptability and a love of life.
The physical benefits of Yoga are evident and outstanding. What excites me more is witnessing how your life can be transformed by Yoga. I teach classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.
