Sangeeta Bhandari is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).  

Sangeeta trained at the oldest Yoga Institute in India, Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, with over 1,500 hours of teacher training, She is certified by Complimentary Nutrition Healthcare council. 

Sangeeta has just under 4,000 hrs teaching experience, having taught in Hong Kong, London, Mumbai and France. 

Sangeeta teaches both private and group classes: beginners to advanced level, corporate professionals, yoga for pregnancy and cancer survivors. She is a champion with MIND (Mental Health) and works with students who face mental health challenges. Her classes focus on moving mediltio. with dynamic postures, that allow the body, mind and breath to become one through explorative yoga poses. charing, pranayama, meditation and yoga- nidra. Students progress safely at their own pace
