Sandra Tissali is a passionate and enthusiastic Prana Flow Teacher from Germany. Drawn from her own practice Sandra guides her students from the bottom of her heart with devotion, intuition and responsibility. Her classes are challenging and empowering as well as meditative and rejuvenating.
Her intention is to inspire her students to connect with their inner truth. She believes that yoga supports to switch off one’s “autopilot” and to discover limitless potential. Through her teachings she wants to encourage her students to follow their inner dreams – no matter how big, wild and crazy they might be. At the same time she fortifies to develop patience and calmness to living honestly and fully, right here in the present moment.
Sandra is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500) with Yoga Alliance. Her greatest influence has been Prana Vinyasa Flow founder Shiva Rea.
Sandra offers Prana Vinyasa Flow Classes, Workshops and Teacher Trainings in Germany as well as all over the globe.
