Yoga is not just a physical practice; it's a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-love. Through the practice of asanas (positions) we can learn to fully focus our minds on not only where our bodies are in space, but also importantly our breath. This centred focus allows our minds to fall quiet, bringing us back to our natural state of balance in the present moment, preventing us dwelling on the past or future - which is such a freedom! After an hour of yoga our minds, body and breath learn to come into harmony and we walk out relaxed and energised.
