Romy Siemens is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Romy teaches Jivamukti Yoga, Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra in Berlin and online via Zoom.
Her courses are registered as prevention courses with the German Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention and are subsidized by the statutory health insurance funds.
In addition, she created the Yogi-Küche (=Yoga-Kitchen): A place where people can learn how to eat healthy vegan food to properly integrate yoga philosophy into their lives.
