Arun Pandala, yoga acharya (master of yoga) is one of the senior-most sivananda trained teachers in north india. He has been practicing yoga since 1992 and teaching yoga since 1995 and holds an experienced registered yoga teacher ERYT 500 and a continuing education provider YACEP certification from yoga alliance. He is the joint founder, joint director and senior acharya at the sivananda yoga centre, gurgaon.
