Helena Safan is a certified RYT 200 yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for 16 years. She specializes in teaching athletes and running retreats that incorporate hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. As a sports enthusiast who loves indoor rock climbing, hiking, and snowboarding. She found yoga helps keep her balanced, flexible, and maintain strength as she gets older. She has a bachelors of science in graphic design and is a trained snowboard instructor. When she's not practicing yoga she enjoys writing and creating art.
