Natália Santana Faria is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I strive to create a safe and relaxed space for exploration. You will be invited to get curious about your body and move it freely while cultivating stillness inside. Currently, I offer group classes in community centers, and private classes in person or online.
