Tabitha Nicole's yoga journey started at home when she was 12 with a Crunch Fitness Power Yoga VHS. Sporadic and clunky, over time it deepened into a regular, classically oriented Viniyoga practice.
Tabitha Nicole was privileged with a mentorship by David Anderson in her 20s. Many years later she answered her calling to teach yoga after being asked to assist or give advice in multiple yoga and stretch classes.
Tabitha Nicole works best with small groups or private classes for individuals, so she can customize the practice for each yogi, helping them to understand their mind-body-spirit connection by first connecting with their breathing and becoming in tune with their bodies' signals.
She begins her practice with ocean waves, silence and yogic breathing and ends her practice with meditation.
