Yoga is peace to me. Before I discovered meditation or breath work my mind never stopped thinking. My first time practicing yoga I was nervous and scared because I don't know what to do or how to move my body. I thought it would be something like Zumba. In the middle of class, I remember the teacher looked at me and told the whole class but I felt like she was telling me "Just focus on your breath and it is okay if you can not do the perfect pose" I listened and just paid attention to my breath "inhale and exhale". At the end of the class, she told us to lay down and relax, and that was my first experience where my mind is not wandering around, felt happy, and I was so relaxed but didn't fall asleep.

When I decided to become a teacher, that was and still is my mission to try and make every student experience that peace that I felt. Where my mind was focused on breathing, my body moving with the breath, and my soul is happy.

My name is Estabraq. People call me Esta (Estabraq means silk with a golden thread. The strongest type of silk (unbreakable silk)) Yoga helps me be an unbreakable person.

I attended my 200 hr yoga teacher training in Bali (the island of offering). I received my 200 RYT at the end of the training. I am certified to teach Hatha yoga (power vinyasa, vinyasa, Ashtanga yoga), meditation, and pranayama (breath work). I believe that there is no perfect pose. The person that can do a headstand and the person that can not touch their toes is to feel equal in my class. if this is your first time doing yoga, or you have been practicing for years my aim is that you feel cared for and paid attention to; that's why I offer hands-on adjuments for those who want it.
