Specializing in prenatal yoga, I provide a nurturing space for expectant mothers to connect with their bodies, breath, and babies, fostering well-being and preparation for childbirth. Beyond pregnancy, mothers continue to benefit greatly from yoga. I offer postnatal classes designed to support physical and emotional recovery after childbirth, helping mothers regain strength, flexibility, and inner balance as they navigate the joys and challenges of motherhood.
