Yoga provides far more benefits to my health than I could have ever imagined! It has provided me with spiritual and higher-level experiences, as well as clarity that has helped me heal in emotional and spiritual spaces.
I wanted to be able to freely and easily play with my son on the floor or the playground, or anything else that requires physical mobility. I also have witnessed first-hand what gradual degradation of mobility has done to some of my older family members.
