My name is J.C. Terrazas and I am a 200hr-CYT yoga teacher. I earned my certification with Brett Larkin Uplifted studio. I enjoy all types of yoga; Vinyasa, Power Yoga ("Western yoga"), Yin, and Restorative yoga. My favorites aspects of yoga are pranayama, dhyana, hand mudras, and chanting. I teach in-person studio classes at APEX Centre here in my city of McKinney, TX. I also teach corporate-style classes at my employer which has over 2,000 employees. I teach meditation and breathing exercises in English and Spanish at a privately owned studio in town. In addition to in-person teaching, I teach online as seva for Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple, where I am a student, practitioner, and teacher of Datta Kriya Yoga.
