Britta is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance certified in Vinyasa and Kundalini-Awakening yoga styles, and holds a health coach certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Britta has 25 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, training, and business development, and now brings yoga, breathwork, meditation and healthy eating classes to companies and individuals.
