Beth Meyer (RYT200) is a graduate of Thrive Yoga’s teacher training and credits yoga for giving her space to focus on her mental health as much as her physical health. Beth began taking yoga classes on and off in her 20’s, but in 2018, realized that consistent yoga practice helped her achieve strength, flexibility, and balance not only on the mat, but in her everyday life. Beth believes yoga has the unique ability to challenge physically but also to calm mentally and emotionally through all of life’s transitions.
She continues to renew and transform while holding space for others to do the same. Her sequences combine flexibility, strength, and balance with breath work. Expect good music and meaningful connections.
