Movement has always been an anchor in Heidi’s life.
It started with dance, then yoga, white water rafting, and hiking. Her curiosity and passion for learning brought her to graduate from two different dance programs. Yoga brought calm and awareness to her life; the sense of community and connection brought her joy. She grows, learns, and practices Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. She self learns Ashtanga yoga, she practices and discovers all the benefits and healing that it brings to her life, practicing wherever she goes and with whomever wants to join her.
She signed up to do her 240h yoga teacher training at VSHOA. She also took different movement workshops in Paris, Los Angeles, New York city and Vancouver where she chose to settle.
Heidi brings an uplifting energy and brings a positive attitude to all of her classes. She loves to share her extensive knowledge of anatomy, which allows her to give concise and specific feedback to help others refine their movement. She is familiar with working with all body types and is a caring and supportive teacher. She is excited to meet people and accompany them in their journey through their yoga practice.
